HEARTS DA L E S

I turned on my tv and settled down with a tray with dinner on it balanced on my outstretched legs. I decided on Deal or No Deal, after remembering watching the very entertaining episode on Oprah when she played it and skipped around on stage from nerves. The begining bits started rolling and I noticed that they were somehow speaking in Mandarin.

"HMMM?" I frowned noticing the "DUAL SOUND ))" icon on the top of the screen.

"Maybe its just showcasing tht it can be in DUAL SOUND and the main programme is in a language I can actually understand".

But no. It continued in Mandarin. Badly dubbed over Mandarin (The contestant was malay).

I checked for info on it, but it gave me nothing useful on how to change my sound into something recognizable.

"WHY!" I sighed in the general direction of the telly.

Then I gave up, and here's my blog post...
