Imma sick homies. Ivan says its the late nights, I'm inclined to disbelieve cos I've put this body through races worse than these few nights. But sick I am, I am sick.

I think I'm slowly changing my mind about Zouk. Sure, its filled with posers, desperate army boys, and annoying thambi's and mats*. And then we have, on the other end of the spectrum, pretentious, obnoxious, snotty, my-shit-is-holier-than-thou turdfaces. BUT, they be dropping the dope trax, and we be ballin'. (Or something ghetto like that.) Anyyyywayyyy, I've been to Zouk 3 times in the last 10 days of April, and none at all to MoS.

Speaking of MoS, I think the new membership thing is a total waste. It's beyond inexclusive, and it just cheapens the idea of MoS membership. I remember Darryl once telling me that he envied me my MoS membership and would really like it cos its just so darn hard to get. Now, you whip out 200+ bucks and you've got a fancy card. Then a week later, they cheapen themselves even further and make a student membership card which costs even less! MoS, I'm disappointed.

TRIPPIN' CANDIES TRIP OUT:

I arranged fr the Trippin' Candies to play at the Esplanade library on the 28th, and they performed their first, last, only set in acoustic. I enjoyed it, and so did the garrulous old woman sitting behind us. I near cried at a few of the old originals. It's the end of an era. A tumultuous one, as all worthy eras are.

We went down fr the Fresh event (celebrating Hip Hop culture, in its 7th year running yo) on Monday, pre-labour day. Nobody be tripping, its the lovin yo. Well, actually we were there fr DJ Craze and MC Armani, but we'll just say we were there t support the countless friends we have who were performing (WHY AH!).

I, Ivan, Aloy woke up on Labour day really early to go the Visual Orgasm to book our appointments. Aloy's going on Thursday to Deon. He's doing "Semper Fi" in a arc on his chest. I'm doing mine with Joseph who is flying overseas from today till next month. I'll be doing a Japanese style tree stemming frm the left waist leaning towards the right. Japanese waves go across from left to right. The tree on the left is challenged with a Tsunami wave curving from right to left. Quarter of my back, and all the way across, in black, grey, white. :D

oh, and

Spiderman 3 is teh OWN. Try Shaw at Bugis. We managed to get 4 seats on the premier day itself.
